: I agree with you when you said that I need a fuel controller, and I plan to get the HKS AFR real soon, as for the extra tank/reservoir I wish I can construct something in the spare wheel well, just like how people construct fiber glass enclosures for there subs. Hmmm, I wonder if fiberglass can be used for my purpose? Something that can hold up to 10 litres of water? according to Aquamist reps; "Here is a summary of an ideal installation: applied to all systems. - Jet and HSV ........ as short as possible, up to 1-2 feet. - Water pump to HSV ........ 5- 10 feet is OK - Water pump to tank ....... 2-6 feet - Water pump to battery ...... as short as possible, less than 3-4 feet. re:battery Excess cable length will cause unnecessary voltage drop." I planned on fabricating and glassing a tank that fits in the wheel well beside the battery, where one of the AIV valves resided. I'd use the filler neck an old radiator overfill tank to make the water tank accessible from the engine compartment. One stat I read was that the system will use roughly one half gallon through 14-16 1/4 mile runs. that of course is entirely dependant on what PSI you spray at and which injectors you choose.
